It is very easy to cancel a client’s account with a dedicated hosting service. In fact, every such dedicated hosting service providers enter into a contract with its customers at the time of starting the account. The cancellation of account is one of the terms in the contract and is implemented accordingly. The customer willing to cancel his account with a dedicated server hosting must login to account management and customer care portal in the service. The customer can visit his opted services plans and see for himself the terms of the dedicated server hosting plan he was availing with the service provider. The customer can go to plan or product details and click the request for service cancellation at the bottom of the page. Generally, the dedicated hosting service providers have annual plans for rents. Unless a specific condition for cancellation is mentioned in the contract, the customer may become liable to pay the rents of months remaining in the year of dedicated hosting service provided to him. Majority of dedicated hosting service providers have a clause of 30 days notice period for cancellation of services. So the customer must make this notice served to the service provider in time. The service cancellation request of the customer is accepted by the dedicated hosting service providers after all outstanding amount as per contract is paid to them. |
