Is every FTP activity performed on a dedicated server logged?

Dedicated servers are more amazing than we perhaps think. We do log FTP activity on these private server spaces. In order to be able to access these FTP logs, you need to log into the dedicated server as the root through SSH and then use the text editor for opening the file named: /var/log/messages. For making things easy, you can use a compact command for a display list of the last 100 entries. This command goes tail -n100 /var/log/messages.
